Great ice cream. I come here at reasonable times and get served no problem. I don’t come 1 minute before closing time like Desiree Franken does and expect employees to stay late because I am too entitled to realize how ridiculous that is. Get a life Desiree Franken!
The employees at this location have no customer service skills at all. They act like you are a nuisance when you come in and to top it off I purchased a quart size container to take some ice cream home and the top half of the container was filled with only whipped topping and mix ins. So many better options in town if you want good ice cream with good customer service too.
Who doesn't like ice cream? I know some people may have allergies to them or just don't care for it but when it comes down to Cold Stone Creamery that's been a staple for us since it arrived in Rochester, Minnesota... I ordered the Honey cornbread and she said I don’t have cornbread and give the ice cream with no corn bread the staff doesn’t care and taste no good
Great ice cream and the staff was friendly and prompt in waiting on us. Love the different selections of ice cream choices.
