Rude employee while we were there. Splashing water on the floor from a pitcher so she could mop and splashing us in the process and not apologizing. Will not stop at this establishment again.
11Am on a Monday states they are open, door was closed and nobody inside.
Great ice cream. I come here at reasonable times and get served no problem. I don’t come 1 minute before closing time like Desiree Franken does and expect employees to stay late because I am too entitled to realize how ridiculous that is. Get a life Desiree Franken!
The employees at this location have no customer service skills at all. They act like you are a nuisance when you come in and to top it off I purchased a quart size container to take some ice cream home and the top half of the container was filled with only whipped topping and mix ins. So many better options in town if you want good ice cream with good customer service too.
Who doesn't like ice cream? I know some people may have allergies to them or just don't care for it but when it comes down to Cold Stone Creamery that's been a staple for us since it arrived in Rochester, Minnesota... Now I've been here going on 30 + years and I will say that it's always a delight to have their creamy ice cream creations.
