Same as so many people here. Arrived before 9, they had the doors locked and the worker ran and hid. Ridiculous.
I went to the Cold Stone North location around 8:50 PM, and even though the store was supposed to be open, the doors were already closed. I could clearly see two employees inside, and as soon as they noticed me, they started hiding and pretending the store was closed. I really like Cold Stone — it’s one of my favorite local spots — but this experience was disappointing. Arrived at 8:56, doors were locked. Employees were cleaning laughed at me knocking on window. I just wanted ice cream but no ice cream for me. Would have liked ice cream but went to Dairy Queen instead.
Amazing worker there today around 730pm 7/26 Will definitely go to this location again.
Walked in with open sign blinking (8:53pm) and people in line and an aggressive larger guy with dreads came at us saying they wouldnt serve us because it was to late.....
