Good place for comfort food but not often due to price.
Today I walked into Cold Stone. It was a busy day, and there were many customers, but the staff remained patient, prepared, and happy to serve us with smiles on their faces. The one who served me was a young man named Oscar. He seemed genuinely happy to be there—ready to work, willing to help, and full of kindness and empathy. I wish more people in the service industry were like him. If any management positions open up, I truly hope he is seriously considered as a strong candidate.
