Ice cream was good. However I asked for a waffle cone which I repeated 3-4 times during the process and instead was given a waffle bowl. I understand it’s not a big difference but I went for an ice cream cone and was not given that.
Hello. Stopped by Cold Stone after eating sushi and it was a pretty average experience. We peeked from the outside just to see if we really wanted ice cream and the employee looked like “I hope they don’t come in”…so we did. We ordered one small specialty ice cream (to share) which came out to about $10. The small was very small for Cold Stone standards but luckily we were looking for small portions. Good flavors and service was good but only one worker. No chairs inside. Most expensive ice cream I've bought in san diego. Local shops higher quality, local, nd cheaper. The smallest size is $9 bare. Cones are $2 more
We order ice cream at liberty station for my entire families birthdays every year. This year the customer service was horrible. I just ate cake and cream with chunks of chocolate chips in it but I ordered cheesecake ice cream with gram cracker crumbles. Please retrain the staff to be less rude and to greet clients. The ice creams good but needs better employees. They’re rude and give you an attitude so if you’ve had a bad day wouldn’t recommend this place
