Delicious ice cream in Beutiful Liberty Station. I asked to use the restroom which is inside the ice cream shop and she declined me. Even after spending $14 on one scope of ice cream. Had to drive somewhere else FAST! She also declined to give me the code for the restroom outside.

Save your money and go somewhere else with better value. The prices are ridiculous and they will stiff on something a simple as a small ice cream. I got a small cheesecake fantasy and the lady making it puts about a teaspoon worth of graham cracker crust, 3 blueberries, and 2 strawberries. I asked for more graham crackers and she charged me an extra $1.50 for add ons. It was over $10 for a pathetic excuse for an ice cream cup. Go somewhere else where they don’t act like each blueberry comes out of their pay
Ordered two cups with chocolate dipped waffle bowls, why do you just give me one??? You want me to share one with my lover and make our relationship closer? And also the plastic bag handles are actually “covered with chocolate” have to use napkins to wipe clean the bags… Completely ruined my birthday How about refund me $2.49 waffle bowl? Because it’s a fraud when paying for good and services but not received it.
We went in 15 minutes before closing last night to be met with attitude about the store closing soon the second we walked in the door. The woman with a lip piercing at the counter took our order but refused to make it correctly, intentionally not mixing the ingredients. This is the second time this exact employee has not given us the correct order, and we will not be returning which is unfortunate as we have frequented this cold stone during our time in San Diego. Go to another store!
