Used to have better management. I went in with a coupon for the buy one get one they do for your birthday. It was two days expired. Now, I understand that rules exist for a reason, but that's not what customer service is about. The job isn't about scooping ice cream, it's about servicing customers. The goal being to have a customer leave happier than when they came in. Haven't had my flavor in stock for over a week, what kind of chain ice cream store doesn't order the flavor after its gone? Not happy with this location at all. Poor service
