We had an awful experience here! My daughter slipped off their bench outside, as it was super slippery; busted her head open, requiring 5 staples. The young girl at the cash register denied us ice for my daughter stating “we don’t give out ice, we need it for our smoothies.” I had my nieces, and nephew, as well as my sister and a friend of mine, and her family members all there with us. I’m giving this 1 star only because the person who was taking care of me(Arianna) was in a rush for some reason & instead kept checking her watch & didn’t complete my mix in! Thank you for just slapping on my butterfinger & not mixing it! If I wanted a topping in my ice cream I would have gone elsewhere!
