Very Poor Service Department – Brought in my Allegro Bay for warranty repair on my leveler jack. The service department took a look at it and said all it needed was a little fluid. We paid the fee, did some camping and again had the same problem. We took it back in again for warranty repairs for the same issue. When we dropped it off the person at the desk said that there would be a $100 diagnostic fee that would only be charged if no warranty problem was found... if they found a problem covered by the warranty then the warr... read more

Had the same issues. Paid them to do an inspection on the camper, make sure all the lights work, blinkers, ect. While pulling away from the parking lot received a ticket due to directional s not working. Would never recommend them to anyone They also sold me a towing hitch that was the rated for the wrong weight. Reported them to the AG.
