Cold Springs Family Center is so family-oriented and nobody gets judged. Members themselves are helpful, the instructors are amazing, you have: Gail who has a crazy amount of energy and motivates you to the tee; Angela is so knowledgable about how to do things correctly and least amount of pressure on yourself; April has her fun and energetic step-class which never gets old; Jane is amazing with the Seniors and you don't even have to be a Senior to be in her fun class;
The staff and fitness instructors are super friendly and helpful. It makes me smile whenever I'm in there. Thank you!!!!
Polite and helpful staff, a facility full of machines, great classes, clean locker rooms and bathrooms, and a basketball court for kids to play on.
Everyone is really nice & help you in anyway they can, thanks for everything!
