They are absolutely amazing! They squeezed me in as a new patient, pretty last minute. They complimented my baby dog, and treated her like their own. I appreciate that they didn't speak down to me, and answered every question I had.

Amazing caring vets and staff, saved both of my dogs life’s. Lab after she got in to some gorilla glue they cut her intestines open and cleaned the out did amazing job. Then saved my yourkies eyeball after she was attacked by some birds. Love these guys

I just have to give a raving review to Dr. Fazzino. I’ve got a very lame horse- right before the holidays of course- and the vet office I usually use couldn’t get me in for over a week. In addition the doctors there have been changing so frequently I was afraid I wouldn’t get one that truly knew a lot about horses. I called this animal hospital yesterday and Dr. Fazzino called me back after hours personally last night to get all of the details. He came right out today even though he’s slammed at the office and did a great jo... read more

my experiance was a hard experiance. The vet and techs are some of the best I've ever encountered. the not only provided comfort for Maggie but also for me. how a vet handles the final times is very important. they allowed me all the time I needed and they prayed with me. they treated Maggie as if she was their dog to. Maggie lived a wonderful long life and her crossing over to a young youthful and free place was made easier by everyone at cold spring.
