Recently had a terrible experience at the St. Joe facility. Brought my dog in 3 separate times for the same exact symptoms... was seen by 3 different doctors, spent a bunch of money and they “didn’t know what was wrong”. Took her to a different clinic, sound out she has IMPA in the first 5 minutes we were there. Wasted time and money here.... and my dog suffered for 8 weeks and is now 99% better. We weren’t listened to.
RecommendedMy family has been taking out pets to St. Joe for years. I have a cat with FIV. Which makes me nervous when he is under the weather. These folks are always there to support and listen. When called with questions the vet that saw our cat even called me at home to answer some more questions. We will always bring our fur babies to St. Joe.
Dr Bechtold is amazing- I’ve gone to him with my exotics for many years and I won’t trust anyone else with my exotic babies. Wonderful vet.
RecommendedI cannot tell how grateful I am for the wonderful care they gave the stray cat I found with a snare around his waist. They promptly took him in even though it was near closing and saved what is now my new furbaby Lucky.
