Bouquet that was picked up was totally different than ordered. Paid for delivery on the website for Mother’s Day. Instead of calling the purchaser they called the recipients number and ruined the surprise for my wife, they told my wife she had to come pick it up as they don’t deliver on sundays even though the website makes no mention of it. Refused to reimburse the delivery fee instead added a small box of chocolate. Will not be purchasing/recommending this flower shop.

I went to this beautiful flower shop to get a bouquet done for my wedding day and let me tell you I was so very disappointed. She made it the way she wanted it instead of asking me what I wanted and when I stated what I wanted, she switched the colours to way darker shades, and I needed and she added colours that I didn’t like it all she was very unreasonable when it came to pricing

Paid $80 based on the photo advertised online... This is what showed up to our friend. So disappointed - refused to refund or send out a nicer/larger bouquet. Said the website isnt hers so she can't honor what is advertised.

Recommend you find somewhere else to get flowers. Pictures and descriptions on the website are not at all accurate to what was delivered. Such a scam.
