Pros: The tech is a nice guy, maybe over worked a bit... Cons: I needed AC service for a central AC that was working. I was told my motor will likely die soon and that I should replace it in the next month. Long story short, I pre-paid for a motor $650, then paid for installation. You will need to follow up for your appointment many times!! 8-12 times daily. Do not bank on a scheduled time.
