Good luck getting your order out of the building, and when you attempt to find it, expect attitude and snarky comments from sales support. I would avoid doing mail order business with these guys.
I’d give Cold Hose 6 stars if I could. Sent in sample for custom fab and received my new hose, quality work, spot on fit! They pick up the phone, knowledgeable friendly support, and even call you back if you need something researched. Somebody pinch me in case I’m dreaming.
I"ve rdered some custom lines and multiple fittings, excellent quality each time and fast shipping! Also, great prices on everything! The one stop shop!!
I've ordered Custom AC hoses using the Custom Hose builder on the Coldhose.com site three times over the past few years, and each time the hoses were perfect. Within hours of ordering, I got a tracking number. After delivery, I get a follow up email offering assistance if there's any problem (Who does that?! They do!) The first set of hoses I ordered 5 or 6 years ago are still in operation on my Chevelle and I've not added a gram of refrigerant since installation. Top notch parts, top notch service!!
You can rest easy knowing these folks are in business. They have great staff, clear and detailed communication and the work they do is outstanding. If you need hoses built, they are the ones to see.
