Rented through Cold Harbor for 2 years during college and they were great! Never had any issues and if something was broke they had it fixed within a day or so. Very nice people as well!
We have been working with Eddie and Johnetta for probably 20 years. Eddie has been our realtor when buying property and they have successfully managed all of our rental properties as well. All of our tennents have been happy with them as managers and we are thrilled that they always resolve maintenence issues quickly and for a fair price. If I could leave 0 stars I would. The landlord or owner I don’t know what he is, Eddie and his wife showed up with a 7 days notice and punched my friend in the face. Chargers will be pressed, DO NOT RENT FROM THIS OVER GROWN MAN CHILD.
