Great landlords, they left us ale8s in the refrigerator for our first day to move in. Very kind people, anytime we needed a repair it was very easy to get a hold of them to have anything fixed. Very affordable renting with a good amount of space!
Cold Harbor Realty took over the house I'm renting, from another property management company. Cold Harbor is soooo much better with communication, maintaining property, and working with you on any issues. We've had them, for I think a year and a half now, and love them! We've been in this home for almost three years, and it really made a big difference when they took over. I would most definitely rent from them again! Amazing couple! Rented through Cold Harbor for 2 years during college and they were great! Never had any issues and if something was broke they had it fixed within a day or so. Very nice people as well!
