I currently live at a property managed by Cold Harbor, and I’ve had a great experience with them. They have always been kind, professional, and responsive whenever I’ve had a question or concern. Whenever maintenance was needed, they responded quickly and made sure everything was taken care of. I’ve always felt well cared for as a resident and would 100% recommend Cold Harbor to anyone looking for a great property management team. They are truly good people!
Cold Harbor Realty is the best rental company I’ve ever worked with. Eddie and Johnetta went above and beyond to make my experience a great one. Whenever I had a question or concern, they were always quick to help and made the entire rental process easy and stress-free. I highly recommend Cold Harbor Realty to anyone looking to rent in Lexington—they’re the best in the area.
They work very hard and are honest. Very good looking people.
Don't be surprised if you receive a call from the management to see how things are going, if everything is ok, and if there is something they could help with, awesome !!!!!!!!!!
If you’re looking for a manager or realtor, Cold Harbor Realty is right for you. With their honesty and integrity, they go above and beyond. The work and service they put in to selling my home greatly exceeded any expectations. They are well trusted and deserve all my praise.
