Rude and disrespectful, I bought a kit on ebay about 5 years ago with a set of their solenoids and recently have had issues not realizing I bought from a 3rd party company, I was calling to trouble shoot an issue im having and received nothing but an arrogant person (Mike) pretty sure hes the owner making me feel like an idiot. Along with emails basically telling me im blaming them and more of trying to make me feel like an idiot when I was just trying to figure out my issue.
