⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ First time visiting Cold Flavors in Pomona, and I was so impressed! The staff was incredibly friendly and took the time to recommend some of their most popular drinks. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious. The Banana Cream Matcha was rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced, and the Strawberry, Coconut, and Mango Sagos were so refreshing with amazing tropical flavors. This spot is sooo cute and the menu is super diverse. I love the decoration as well as the baked goods sold here. It’s a nice addition to the neighborhood and it offers a nice option of drinks for a hot or cold day. They also hold raffles every two weeks and this week they have a cute mug set Halloween inspired of course because it’s never to early for the Halloween spirit. ..2 scoops of ice cream was about 5$ wasnt particularly impressed with the amount I got for the price...one person working alone...took longer than I would of liked...a bit disorganized and dity...unsanitary practices..unsanitary counters etc... .no gloves on when handling food. Stuff piled in the handwashing sink which is not good...the sink is supposed to be empty and only used for hand washing... not a bunch of stuff including dirty dishes...Stuff littering all over the counters...dirty rag on counter box of saran wrap la... read more
