⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cody came out today to work on two of our outdoor AC units that had apparently decided they were no longer interested in participating in the Texas summer. Thankfully, Cody had other plans. I have never posted a review but based the success and timely response of the Cold Factor team, I felt compelled to offer our observations. Approximately a week ago our Trane HVAC system (over 15 years old) was not cooling. I first tried a new thermostat to address the problem, but it did not resolve the issue.
