I have never posted a review but based the success and timely response of the Cold Factor team, I felt compelled to offer our observations. Approximately a week ago our Trane HVAC system (over 15 years old) was not cooling. I first tried a new thermostat to address the problem, but it did not resolve the issue. Next, I tried to get our current HVAC maintenance provider to schedule an appointment, but because of Western Days they could not schedule an appointment for 4 days. If you are looking for a company with a heart, look no farther. Cold Factor Heating & Air Services is your company. The capacitor blew on the compressor. They were out the same day & had it repaired within the hour. They make you feel like family. Have used their services for about 10yrs. Excellent customer service has always been a constant. Not saying they are perfect or perform miracles, but I feel they try to come as close to it as possible.
We had to replace an entire HVAC roof top unit at my restaurant. Cory was a professional from start to finish! Great price, great equipment and great staff. A++
Cory was great. Identified the issue quickly and gave me pointers on what to look out for on my system. I could immediately tell he has true integrity in a service business that often is filled with the opposite. Very genuine. It was like speaking with someone I had known for years as I felt very comfortable. Thanks for the help today and will be calling on again for balancing and insulation and referring to my family immediately.
