We had an excellent experience with Cory, the AC technician. He has a great personality—friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. He was very helpful and clearly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the issues and walk us through the solutions. What stood out was that he not only fixed the problem but also gave honest recommendations and offered multiple options based on our budget and needs. Had problem occur at 6:58p, sent a text expecting a response the next day since was not an emergency. Got a response in 5mins. Explained the problem, again, not an emergency. However, they were on it! Even with a full schedule, they fit me in the next day. The tech Nelson, arrived on time, was super efficient. Problem solved, all running smoothly now. Cold Factor knows what customer service is. They are the best!!

I can't say enough about Cold Factor. Because of an unexpected scheduling problem on my part, they were able to reschedule my install date for the very next day! The crew - Francisco, Uriel, Benjamin, and Fabian - arrived on time and did a great job installing my new American Standard HVAC system, replacing the supply lines, and replacing the wiring system. This is a class operation from top to bottom. I would recommend them to anyone.
