Cold factor heating & air technician was the first to take an honest look at my system and had it fixed within the first 10 min of his visit. He continued to make sure everything was working properly before leaving. Good & detailed service. Only thing that I would feel like a 'maybe' is probably that they cover their price first and asked me how much I think it would cost. It makes sense; it's sales at the end of the day, but if I told them a higher price than they expected I'm pretty sure they will accept it and go with the higher price :) But overall, they went up to my attic and let me know what the problem is, and suggested me with a reasonable price. Super friendly, honest service. Jason is the Best HVAC tech! Always diligent and thorough in explaining and performing whatever service. Their routine maintenance plan is great.
