I am struggling with this company. They give a good sales pitch on how terrific their lawn program is, edging, fertilizing, treatments - that they will deliver a comprehensive plan to you - well, you better be very patient! I seem to have to pester, I have had to have visits to point out deficiencies in service. They ran over an electrical cord another service person was using - spreading 5 differrent kinds of wires with frayed copper ends and 5 colors of rubber coatings all over the place - they didn't tell me, (they did ru... read more

Cold Creek takes care of our neighborhood landscaping. Their employees did a fantastic job this week with placing the new pine straw . Looks fantastic.

Customer service in your maintenance department sucks. The women talk to you as if you are just a bother to them. And couldn't give you any information that would satisfy your question.
