Great Company- If you want to see what Insurance fraud looks like Customer service was great until I paid the deductible. Once they got our money they became less than ideal to deal with. Could not match carpet, and had numerous "errors' on the bill. They tried to collect the incorrect amount from my wife, and now have been through numerous versions of the bill trying to get it correct before I pay them. Beyond Professional Beyond professional. Out of three estimates we got, we decided on Cold Clean for the job, and would do it again in a heartbeat.
Had mold around tile in a shower room, and they were reasonable in their estimate, but more than anything, very proffessional and knowledgable. The work was done before I knew it without any surprise costs.
