Long loading time. I’ve been here over three hours waiting to finish loading.
Time Wasting Company For Truck Drivers
Extremely poor customer service. I’ve purchased DuPont Tyvek cargo covers in the past from one of their competitors. DuPont has now selected CCT as their exclusive supplier. I tried to place a $20,000 order and couldn’t even get someone to either return my call or provide me with updated pricing. Our business can’t afford to partner with unreliable vendors like this company.

The people here are nice, but unloading takes a long time. I’m the only truck here right now, but if a local truck shows up, they’ll unload that one first, so it could take even longer. Apparently, if you have a truck with a sleeper, you’re expected to wait — no need to worry about your next appointment. Thanks.
