**Update** The issue with my HOA payment has been resolved. I received a letter stating Colby was changing their payment system in May (and I am just receiving this information in August?). I was able to register an account with the new system and pay my bill (after two weeks and several communication attempts).
Zero communication from this company. The debit card I use to make my HOA payment was stolen so unfortunately my August payment did not go through. I am unable to make the payment online! I left a voicemail for these people and also emailed the contact with no return communication from them whatsoever! I've tried calling right at 800am and all I receive are voicemails. VERY frustrating and unprofessional!

Our representative from Colby, Sharon Thompson, is rude, untrained, unprofessional, and completely over her head in her position. Not a single communication from her regarding planned, work, votes, or any other piece of business has been accurate. If you are thinking of doing business with her run and run fast.
