This is an income based and/or need based housing apartment. The manager does a decent job, but the residents are quite literally insane. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you have absolutely NO OTHER OPTIONS. If you don't have any other options, it's located very close to the grocery store, Walmart, and most of the restaurants in town. That's the only plus.
