We are extremely disappointed with these bikes. The owner and employees told us multiple times that these are great quality bikes but they simply aren't. After 3 rides, the bikes were falling apart and unrideable: the handlebars came completely loose and fell down, the tires were flat, the kickstand came loose, the chain slipped off about every quarter mile, and the basket on the women's bike was falling apart. We are sorry that you are disappointed in the bikes you purchased. They are under a full warranty and I have offered to repair or replace whatever is needed to get these back to your satisfaction. Unfortunately after 6 months I cannot offer a return for you. We do stand behind our product and we do sell a very good cruiser. Again if you would like to bring them by we would be happy to look them over and fix anything that might be wrong.
