Thee worst building for the most money ever in the entire city. Extremely unsafe for woman and children/ families. Homeless live in the parking garage, broken windows, cant keep nothing in my car, or my shared balcony (bike got stolen right off our shared balcony bc they dont secure their building) and nothing was done about it. this is thee most unsafe building in london. There is a wonderful new building manager who gets things done quickly and promptly. Five stars.
Tenants have all been paying premium rent prices for amenities that have been closed more than open over the last 3 years or so. The main hallways on many floors are stale and smell like the garbage chutes. I'm pretty sure that this building has been sold about 4 or 5 times in the last 8 years. And, out of the 2 elevators, 1 seems to be out of service about 85% of days.
I was shown a floorplan of a one bedroom with an 83 ft balcony. The apartment I was given is on the rooftop and about 15 feet from the building's noisy and ugly HVAC. Two emails to management and no response. I just cannot belive this.
