Called to book an appointment to look at my permanent retainer as some bondent had come off at it was now loose, I added a cleaning since I was over due. Appointment comes and they clean the teeth and confirm my bondent has come off, im reasured just needs an hour and can fix, (but not today) . The only reason I booked the appointment initially.
