The process of purchasing the 2016 chevy equinox for our daughter went smoothly with Robert. The TPMS light was on and he agreed to fix it before we purchased it, and he did. It's a great car for our 16 year old. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the day after purchase our 16 was driving it and the breaks went out...turns out there was no break fluid! From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were meant to be at this dealership. We spent close to an hour and a half talking about the Lord and Robert’s journey. When my husband and I ran into a small issue at the bank, Robert was quick to compromise and help to make sure that we left with exactly what we wanted and needed.
