Disappointed to say the least…my experience buying a vehicle as far as a sales point of view was seamless, but as time goes on its seeming to show truer colors. I purchased this truck with “zero issues” or should I say issues hidden or covered up by the poor service dept. Started with getting my blend door fixed which was covered by the dealer, dropped my truck off with zero issue, picked it up with a flat tire and the service dept took zero responsibility. I'd love to write a 5-star review and if it was just for the sales side of things, I would. However, my son bought a truck from here and within a period of less than 3 months, we are in the beginning stages of replacing the motor. It appears that the shop that is owned by this enterprise merely masks the issues or temporarily fixes them simply to get the vehicles sold. Once gone, no flips given. ***UPDATE (3 weeks later). Just bought a Mitsubishi outlander. They were patient, made sure everything was fixed that needed to be. We were able to test drive the car with no hassle. Great people to work with.
We had an amazing experience at Colberts Auto Outlet!! Josh and Robert were so patient with us even as we went back and forth on choosing our best fit. From calling us daily to update when cars were ready for us to test drive to helping the buying process be quick and smooth, it was all around one of the best sales experiences we have had.
