The Caesar salad that I got tonight was the absolutely, positively worst salad that I have ever had the misfortune to eat. Actually, I couldn't eat it so, I dumped $14.99 into the garbage. Unfortunately, it was take out. I called them to tell them that they needed to check the dressing because it had to be missing some ingredients, and I didn't even get an apology.
Great food; Great Service!
Food was good but service was poor. We were seated for well over 15 minutes before we got our drinks and placed our order. It was over an hour from placing our orders until we got our meals. It wasn't that busy downstairs. Not sure how busy it was upstairs. Just feel that an hours for 4 pasta dishes (one plain, one shrimp, one chicken and one eggplant) and a small pizza is too long.
Not at all impressed with waiting over a hour for my food, and when the waiter said to me "do you want it to go?" Instead of figuring out to make it better and get to the reason why its taking so long. Not ok!!! This is what customer service has come to!!
Great food, nice folks, nice ambiance. Definitely recommend this restaurant.

Great authentic Italian eatery. My husband had the chopping pasta and he said it was spot on and he’s a tough to please Italian!
