Colarelli Homes has exceeded our expectations. They have not only treated us as a customer, but they have invited us in as part of the family.
Working with Pregio Homes was very easy. Communication was always open and project reviews, including the architect, were frequent and thorough. Plan changes were easily accomplished and concerns were quickly addressed. Warranty issues were fixed, even after moving into the house.
Great time working with this group, project was done on time, on budget and with a few extras that we had not thought of before starting the project. I look forward to working with them again.
