Had to wait for about an hour for my visit. Totally frustrating!! I had my little one with me so it was the worst
One of worst doctors I have had. She rushes you and actively tries to avoid your questions and will fake phone calls to get out of appointments. She does not have patients best interest at heart and even after weekly visits barely knew my name. It was blatantly obvious she did not care about me. Even more concerning- she is well read or knowledgeable in current research pertaining to her practice and you can tell birthing babies is not her passion. I’ve been to several gynos and never felt comfortable and felt rushed. Dr. Colangelo is the best doctor out there!! She’s personable, friendly, efficient and makes you feel so comfortable with every visit.
I had Dr. Colangelo during one of the most difficult pregnancies I’ve had. She was kind, patient and calming during pregnancy. I was a very high risk patient and Dr. Colangelo was so knowledgeable about my condition and was prepared to deliver my baby safely. Dr. Colangelo literally saved my life and I cannot thank her enough. I would refer hear to everyone I know.
I have a long wait time every visit I am always there for over an hour. Whenever I have a question or concern she bypasses it and never helps me relieve any stress. I told her I have anxiety and she gives me the most risk factored pill rather than alternatives for safer in pregnancy and did not discuss the risks of taking this medicine she just gave it to me. I get no answers with her.
