Unethical liars Had my truck in for warranty repairs. Hail storm hit and truck was damaged. They failed to inform me of the damage when I left the dealership. Even worse, they lied that the truck was done and I failed to pick it up the night beofre the storm in an attempt to avoid any liabilitly. I can not recommend anyone to use their services.
Colandrea The Colandrea car dealership is well known in the area. It has great location on 17K right near 300 and 87. It is a massive place with a huge lot full of all different kinds of cars. The Colandreas are also very nice people and are easy to do business with. Check this place out before you buy any car.
Unprofessional sales and Poor service My few experiences at Colandrea Buick GMC have been awful and I will not go back or recommend them to anyone. If anyone has ever heard the childish and ridiculous ads with Ricky Rebate and Denali Dave(lol), they would know these guys are absoulute fools and don't know how to operate a business. I wouldn't buy a vehicle from this extremely unprofessional dealership if it was the only dealer in the state.
Colandrea Pontiac-Buick-GMC Colandrea has the best service department you will find at any factory dealership. They stand behind their work and surpass all expectations as far as the quality of their work and attention to detail. They even wash your car every time you bring it in for service!! You might pay a little more, but it's well worth it for the quality of work they do. I would recommend them to anyone who wants the best car care, and they're great for new cars as well.
