Terrible customer service and even worse ability to communicate. Col Summerhayes Crash Repair had my car for 5 months and in this time they replaced/recoded the keys (a job that shouldn't take more than 6 weeks) and conducted a detail. Since getting the car back, I found damage to the interior, to which they told me to send through an email, but now they won't respond. Three emails over two weeks seeking to have these five concerns rectified, but no reply. Slow, uncourteous and poorly organised - avoid at all costs.
