I cannot recommend Col Summerhayes enough! From start to finish, the level of service I received was absolutely outstanding. After taking my car in for an assessment, I received a detailed quote within just 45 minutes, which was incredibly impressive. Have had 2 cars repaired here, good repair. Not very proactive on the administrative side, most of the time be speaking with AI, small chance of speaking to a real person when requested. Car sitting at their workshop idle for weeks, they do not push for quotes to be approved with insurer then for me to find out that it was them that didn’t send through the complete request consequently causing the delay. So yeh not very impressed with the administrative side. But vehicle do get repaired very well.

Drop off for repair today, quick, friendly. Work done on other company cars was to a very high standard. Will continue to use for our company vehicles.
