Michael and his crew sanded and stained our wood floors, prepped and painted the room and trim. His respectful team cleaned up daily, finished the work in the timeframe promised (for half of what I thought it might cost) and I’ve been in the Real Estate business for over 40 years. I’m really glad Gerald Lamar referred Col P to us. I’ll hire Michael for the next job, if he’s not booked up. So keep this review confidential. Hehee.
Estoy muy satisfecho con el trabajo realizado. La reparación de la pared quedó perfecta, no se nota ninguna imperfección. Fueron muy responsables, puntuales y dejaron todo limpio al terminar. El acabado quedó como nuevo, y además trabajaron con mucho cuidado y respeto por el espacio. Sin duda los volvería a contratar para futuros trabajos y los recomiendo totalmente.
We are new to Austin. Col P Services was recommended to us by a friend. Our first time using them was for a plumbing issue. We were able to schedule and have the problem fixed very quickly and affordably. We’ll be calling on them, again!
