It has spacious docks but broker/Customer lied about shipment. This is floor loaded material instead shipper brokered shipment as palletized. If you have van trailer, be ready to haul floor loaded shipment which normaly takes atleast four hours to unload.

Been calling this place for over a week to get info about the paint booths, they never answered. Went to the location in Rowlett today , asked some employees about this place and how to get the info, they completely ignored me. Very disrespectful.!!
