What a disaster it has been having Coit out!!! They infused dirt and an unbelievable stench into our slightly dirty carpets - and do not answer the call for help 24 - and now 48 hours after their visit because it is the weekend and this is "only a carpet cleaning issue."!!! (per emergency number for Coit). We are freezing with doors and windows open, sinuses and eyes burning from the stench - unlike anything I have ever smelled before.
