I have used Coit for carpet cleaning for over 10 years. They have always done a thorough job, my carpets, although over 10 years old still look fresh and almost new. The crew managed to remove stains my dog had left even though they told me up front that might not be the case. Very happy with this service.

have contacted coit multiple times. I I am a recovering stroke patient. you came and took down my drapes after I got out from hospital and took them in for cleaning but your people refused to rehang. I have called and called. each time you tell me a manager will get back to me. no one has. hmmmmm you suck. even if they don't rehang they least they could have done is called me back and said so and gave me suggestions. I will pay to have hung. I repeat I AM PHYSICALLY UNABLE TO DO SO. I am a 64 year old female post stroke.

Things we don't see are easy to forget- that being said when my new dryer took forever to dry & an error code started popping up figured it was time to call Coit again. They arrive on time, are respectful of your home and do a through job! Thanks Coit!! I didn't know the air vents should be cleaned every 5 years and the dryer every 2 years.

Keeps rescheduling promised a discount and switched with another dude after promising he would and the other dude had no idea about the discount and we ended up paying more and now the air duct guy just never showed up or called
They arrived on time, had excellent customer service and made my tile sparkle and gleam!
