BAD BUSINESS - showed up with unhappy tech, old equipment and significantly damaged base board in entry, damaged carpet, splattered chemicals from tile being cleaned 2-3 feet away into adjacent rooms, and killed grass in front lawn from leaking equipment - NEVER took responsibility, NEVER honored 100% satisfaction guarantee - BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I used this company for cleaning my curtains. They gave me time frame "up to 10 days" for cleaning my curtains, but it is already 23 days and I still did not get my curtains back. Each time I call they tell me that the curtains will be delivered in the next 2 days. I am very disappointed that they were not honest that they are behind the scheduled. I still did not get my curtains back.

I am changing my review of Coit from 1 star to 5 stars and here is why. In 12/2017 I had Coit provide several services for me following a bathroom remodel in my home. I had some issues with the services and was not happy with the follow through. However, I'm letting you know that the new owners are excellent. If you want you a/c ducts cleaned or your a/c coils cleaned DO NOT use Coit. In 12/2017 I had Coit provide over $1000 of service for me following a bathroom remodel in my home. Among those services was a/c duct cleaning and a/c coil cleaning. After they left I noticed a funny smell everytime my a/c comes on. Also subsequently, when my a/c service people came, it was pointed out to me that my coils were still dirty.
