Would not use Coit ever again! I had an area rug, white sofa and upholstered arm chair “cleaned.” After the items dried, I was dissatisfied with the results. They were good about coming back. When I called we arranged for a Saturday to come and redo the furniture. Carpet was fine. I also requested a different technician(s). Turns out they don’t work Saturdays. COIT-What a scam! Needed Living room, kitchen, dining room, and lanai tile floors cleaned and grout sealed. I called Alan for service estimate for tile cleaning which was to include moving furniture that wasn't too heavy as long as there were no electronics (TV etc). We moved many items out of the living room and disconnected all wires to electronics and I, alone, moved furniture away from walls . We used this business to clean our wood blinds and a vertical sheer after a very dusty remodel. It was $800 for 10 blinds to take them down, clean them and put them back up. I did not find the gentleman that came here very pleasant. When he returned them a week later, he did not bring replacement clips for the ones he broke taking them down and made excuses as to why.
