Worst experience ever, I wasted $1,800 to get my wood floors cleaned and they look no different. Then, I needed them to put my couches back together, it's been 2 weeks and my furniture is still not put together. They make promises, and do not deliver results. There 100% guarantee are nothing but false advertising.
Horrible customer service and extremely careless cleaning associates. While they were cleaning, they set their equipment, or drug their equipment across my sisters brand new car and left a huge scratch across the hood. She had the car less than three hours! When we first called they seemed concerned and told us it would be looked into. When we did a follow up call they were extremely rude and claimed their associate wouldn't lie and leave the scene of a crime and not say anything. Not only did they drench my carpet it is now stained where the biggest puddle was. I will have to do a chargeback
After almost 24 hours of fans blowing on my carpet it's still soggy the carpet looked good while it was wet but looks worse now that it is drying .guy can talk a good talk about how badass he is, hint that he wanted a tip... i will not use or recommend this company.you lost a customer.
