I had an appointment to have my carpets cleaned on Saturday, August 5th from 11am- 1pm. The technician, Tommy (Thomas) called me stating he was running late due to an earlier scheduled job that turned out to be much larger than anticipated. He was able to push my appointment by several hours but kept the same day appointment. Very disappointed! Expensive and they didn't touch the edges of my area rugs.
379 minimum enough said very disappointing and dishonest. Would not honor the 50% off for president day sale. Would not recommend to my enemies.
My technician Billy Mallicoat was professional, friendly, efficient, flexible and thorough. I was out of town during the cleaning. He contacted me in the morning to confirm the appointment and again when he was done. My couch is beautifully clean and the experience was seamless. COIT exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use them again
