I would like to give Ben a standing ovation for coming to my home and cleaning my carpet the carpet haven't been clean for 7 years I have 4 kids and pets I recommend Ben employee of the year he took his time he talk I can't understand what he was doing at all times
Had my house carpet steam cleaned, had all the AC vent service flushed and cleaned, the guy talked me into the 120 dollar Heater/AC filter upgrade and tells me it will be the last filter I will ever need to buy. He tells me just take it with you when you move and we will re-size it once you get to the new house. Well, the guy comes over after waiting 3 weeks and wants to charge me another 120 dollars. First it's important to note that COIT called us! We did not call them. They offered us a great deal to clean our carpets so we took them up on it. The in house cleaning was done on time with beautiful results. They took our area rugs on a Monday and said we would have them back on Friday (before Easter). We did not get them back on Friday We ended up not getting our rugs back until after Easter. They had one rug for 10 days. When they broke the news to us that we would not have our rugs for Easter, the rep said we would be ... read more

Gary Williamson came over from COIT to clean the HVAC at my home and the vents. He was on time...a very neat worker, very efficient - cleaned up after he was done. I have been using COIT for several years now for carpet, upholstery and HVAC cleaning. And I will continue to use them!
They just completed our home; Eggshell colored Berger carpets throughout, a vintage ivory chaise n dining chairs. Our carpets n furniture was handled with the best care n came out amazingly clean. There is high traffic areas that looks new again! They were professional n did everything they said they would. No sloppy job here...clean clean clean. My kind if service.
