Okay, so years ago Coit cleaned my carpeting. They knocked over a sofa table and damaged it, BUT they did get it repaired. So way to go Coit! My complaint is that I’ve called them 3 times to seal some granite in my home. I forget the receptionist’s name, but it was the same lady every time, she always said let me contact our scheduler and we’ll get back to you in 5 minutes. I must be blackballed because of the damage they did because no one has ever returned any of my 3 calls. So long Coit.
Yesterday we had Coit Cleaners come to our house to clean our carpets. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the service. Everyone from making the appointment, to the technician who came out to give us a quote and carpet cleaning technicians who came to our home were all completely professional and did an amazing job. I highly recommend!!!!
Terrible service. Picked up my rug, kept it a week, then brought it back dirty. Thank god I didn’t prepay!!!! Avoid this company!
Soooo expensive. Charge $150 just to clean AC coils after charging $633 to clean duct work for 815 sq ft house.
