I use this machine for first time (eventhough my husband said not to) and it malfunctioned. The screen said to notify a walmart associate, which I did. First thing she said was "its not their machine so there was nothing they could do." I actually had to show the associate the screen because she did not believe me and still insisted it was not their problem. So then I called coinstar. The rep told me again to notify the associate.
