The people in charge of collecting the coins don't do a good job! I wasted $10.00 on an Uber because I don't drive only to get there and I couldn't cash in my change because it was full! And the lady at the Customer Service desk didn't even offer to call the number on the coinstar machine to let them know it was full! Thoroughly disgusted!
