Wouldn't scan my id
After using the cards for cash, I was instructed to return to the machine in 10 mins. At that time I was supposed to have received a message or phone call with a confirmation code. I never received anything from Coinstar or anything. I was stuck in a loop of filling out the information about my gift card and waiting for a response so I called Customer Care and they informed me that I should go to a store not the kiosk time permitting I visited the store and was informed that they don't have cash for gift cards
Also broken no one knows why
