Their machine took $10 from me on November 7th 2024. I called multiple times requesting a refund. They told me it was mailed to me in the form of a check however it's December 23rd and still no refund. These people are scammers and crooks. Be advised don't use their machines. 0 stars
These are the ABSOLUTE WORST LAUNDRY MACHINES I HAVE EVER TRIED TO USE! At least 1-2 are not working every week. Someone comes out to fix them and a couple days later they’re broken again.
