John at CPEC is one person that knows customer service and that is rare these days. John helped me with a few error codes and was able to walk me through a few things to get the machines up and running again. Working with AZ Fire departments in helping with cleaning their turnout gear it was important that the machines were working in a timely manner and correctly. Thank you, John, for all of your knowledge CPEC is really lucky to have an employee like John these days.
