Avoid this place at all costs. The doctor should seriously reevaluate the front office staff and management team. Since switching to a new billing department, it has become nearly impossible to get clear answers about itemized bills or billing questions. Management also fails to return calls, even after multiple messages have been left. The lack of communication and professionalism has made the entire experience extremely frustrating.

I was a patient of Dr. Coimbra years ago and always spoke highly of this practice, even recommending it to friends and family. After moving back to Texas, I encouraged my daughter to establish care here as well. Unfortunately, our recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I carry two insurance plans and have never had copays for these types of visits, yet my daughter has been charged repeatedly without anyone being able to clearly explain why. Great Dr. you can tell she really cares about what she does. Great bedside manner, great attitude. She takes her time and empathizes with her patients, and prioritizes quality over quantity.

I hate going to the dr and dread the whole process but everyone at this clinic made the experience perfect. The front desk accidentally had me waiting for 1 hour after my scheduled appointment but once I asked about the time they quickly had me seen. Kimberly Lozano was my NP and she had fabulous bedside manner and over all helpful attitude. I was able to get my labs and the lab attendee was so quick and absolutely painless. So glad my sister recommended them
