Be careful with Coimbra medical Spa they will really destroy you life disfiguring you. She preformed a blepharoplasty on June 28 2022 she apply Botox on me a week before Camila in the eye area. I love Dr Coimbra!! She’s amazing , very smart , sweet, patient & kind! The wait time is high because she takes her time with her patients answering all our questions and doesn’t make you feel rushed. She has been on point with my diagnosis and my husbands and of course the after the tests were done to confirm. She is the only Dr I actually trust here in the valley and to me she is worth the wait. Great Dr/FNP & helpful staff. The wait is totally worth it
If you enjoy waiting for 5 hours for your appointment. Appointment was 3:20, it is now 7:12 and the only thing the front staff can tell me is , “ other patients has their appointments before you”. Is it customary to make your patients wait 5 hours ?
Avoid this place at all costs. The doctor should seriously reevaluate the front office staff and management team. Since switching to a new billing department, it has become nearly impossible to get clear answers about itemized bills or billing questions. Management also fails to return calls, even after multiple messages have been left. The lack of communication and professionalism has made the entire experience extremely frustrating.
