I took a chance because there was no-one else getting service, only to confirm why there was no-one else. Even when I showed a picture of my regular cut and repeated ONLY maintenance over 3 times. The lady just grabbed a machine and used a number all over my head without styling, shading, framing, etc. I stopped it but it was already too late. I guess, part of this is on me for not reading the obvious signs.
